PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a cargo on a load handling vehicle with a drive part which allows the load to be loaded thereon and unloaded therefrom. SOLUTION: This packer container 201 comprises a container body 202, a packer 203, a waste discharge member 204, a hydraulic apparatus 205, and an operating part 206. A hook receiving part 202g is fixed to a front wall 202b so that the hook of the load handling vehicle 7 with a hook member (not shown) can be locked to the hook receiving part 202g so as to allow loading and unloading of the packer container 201. A normally used hook roll R or arm roll R is locked to the hook receiving part 202g, and a support leg 202h and a pair of right and left wheels 230c are installed on the rear surface of a bottom plate 202a at the front and rear sides.
