<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery control method capable of reducing power cost, and to provide a power supply system and a communication unit. <P>SOLUTION: A control board 24 receives a power generation prediction value GPn concerning predicted power generation of a photovolataic power generator 20 in a second time band of high power rate, and a load prediction value LPn concerning predicted power demand in the second time band. A target charging rate CEn corresponding to the power generation prediction value GPn and the load prediction value LPn thus received is acquired from a storage section. Under control of the control board 24, an RF battery 10 is charged at the target charging rate CEn thus acquired during a first time band of low power rate and the charged RF battery 10 is discharged during the second time band. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
