PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk player that can prevent foreign matter such as a telephone card from entering the main part of a player. SOLUTION: This is a disk player to which 8 cm and 12 cm disks can be loaded through a slot 20. The 8 cm disk is stopped at a reproducing position, and the projection 101b which does not stop the 12 cm disk is disposed within the range of 86 mm rear from the center of the roller to carry the disk into the player and disposed within 54 mm in the right and left from the contact surface of the guide which regulates the disk moving in the right and left directions.
