PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener removable from any angle. SOLUTION: The fastener comprises two components, namely a grommet 1 and a pin 2. The grommet 1 has a flange section 4 having a recessed part 3 in its upper surface and an expandable leg 5, an insertion hole 6 is formed from the center of the flange section 4 to the inside of the leg 5, and locking sections 7 are formed on the facing inner wall surfaces of the leg 5. The pin 2 has a head 9 having an operation groove 8 in its upper surface and a shaft section 10 to be inserted into the insertion hole 6, and a screw surface 11 locking with the locking sections 7 is formed in the midway of the shaft section 10. An engaging surface 12 engaging with the tip of the tool is formed on the peripheral surface of the head 9 of the pin 2, and the pin 2 can be pulled out of the insertion hole 6 of the grommet 1, by the tip of the tool engaged with the engaging surface 12 so that the pin 2 can be removed from either of the upper part and a side part.
