PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laying rush mat having no burr at a corner part regarding the laying rush mat using natural and synthetic rush mat facing. SOLUTION: The end faces of the rush mat facing of the laying rush mat formed by bonding the natural and synthetic rush mat facing to a synthetic resin foam or nonwoven fabric are uniformly impregnated edge by edge with cyanoacrylate-based resin liquid and then chamfered by polishing. The end faces are thereby deburred without becoming loose or fuzzy, and subsequent scuffing can be prevented. The cyanoacrylate-based resin liquid permeates the inside of rush to improve the strength of the end faces of the rush mat facing and to improve the durability of the laying rush mat. In addition to this reinforcing effect, there is also an effect of improving the bonding strength because of permeating an interface between the rush mat facing and a rush mat bed.
