PURPOSE: An online load system using a face image and an operating method thereof are provided to perform a certification process by matching a real-time moving image with input items of a web site, and present document related to a loan through a window or the online in real-time. CONSTITUTION: A video camera(1) pictures the face image of a loan applicant. A PC(2) transmits the face image to a loan company server(4) and transmits the information inputted through an input widow to the loan company server. A certification server(3) stores the encrypted loan information transmitted from the loan company server, detects the encrypted loan information matched with a loan information request from a PC, and transmits it to the loan company server. The loan company transmits a web page for a loan application request of the PC, processes/stores the information received through the input window in a database, and transmits the encrypted loan information of the certification server to the PC by responding to a loan information request of the PC. An image information server(6) compares the face image of the loan applicant with the face image of a resident registration card.
