METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING CONCRETE SECONDARY PRODUCT UNDER REDUCED NOISE CONDITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for molding a concrete secondary product under a reduced noise condition capable of reducing the occurrence of noise or vibration at the time of molding, capable of extending the life of a molding form and also enabling molding using highly flowable concrete.

SOLUTION: An X- movable table 3 is arranged on a lower frame 2 and a Y-movable table 4 is arranged on the X- movable table 3. The molding form 5 is placed on the Y-movable table 4 and a direct-acting mechanism 6 capable of moving the X- movable table 3 in an X-direction is provided between the lower frame 2 and the X- movable table 3 while a direct-acting mechanism 7 capable of moving the Y-movable table 4 in a Y-direction is provided between the X- movable table 3 and the Y-movable table 4. A drive mechanism 8 for X-movement for letting the X- movable table 3 reciprocate with respect to the lower frame 2 and a drive mechanism 9 for Y-movement for letting the Y movable table 4 reciprocate with respect to the X-movable table 3 are respectively provided.
