摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure durability in a synchronizing mechanism in a transmission mechanism. SOLUTION: A transmission for a vehicle is provided with a transmission mechanism M provided with a first shaft 1, a second shaft 2, and an output shaft 3 having gears 14, 18; 12, 16 forming pairs with gears 13 and 17 on the first shaft and gears 11 and 15 on the second shaft, so that one side gears of the pairs are constantly connected to the shafts, while the other side gears are selectively connectable to the shafts through a first and a second dog clutches 31 and 32, and a C1 clutch and a C2 clutch to input power to the first shaft and the second shaft. The control device comprises a tie-up synchronizing means to keep the dog clutch 31 stand-by at a neutral position while engaging the C2 clutch for little time only in transmitting power by engagement of the C1 clutch and connection of one pair of gears by the dog clutch 32 to the shaft while connecting the other pair of gears to the dog clutch 31 to the shaft. Rotation difference between the other pair of gears and the second shaft when the dog clutch 31 is engaged can thus be eliminated in short time, thereby durability of the synchronizing mechanism is secured.
