BOTTLING AND ITS PACKAGE OF CRAB MEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bottled article of crab meat excellent in external appearance since it is not collapsed and mixed and filled so that contents can be seen at a glance while it can be maintained in a state given when filled with contents. SOLUTION: A glass bottle in which other body meat is packed on at least one layer of crab paw meat arranged on the bottom face of the glass bottle preferably of which the bottom face is polygonal or substantially ellipsoidal is turned into bottled foods by sealing and retort-treating. The bottled foods are packaged in the bottled one of the crab meat in a square transparent resin case.
