PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AC adapter as a power supply unit capable of simultaneously connecting a plurality of electronic devices. SOLUTION: A transforming means converting an input AC voltage to a plurality of DC voltages is arranged on the AC adapter as the power supply unit, and a plurality of jacks 6 outputting DC voltages to the outside are prepared corresponding to respective DC voltages. The transforming means comprises a transformer 3 transforming an alternating voltage of AC 100V entered via a plug 2, a regulator 4 converting the transformed voltage by the transformer 3 to a plurality of DC voltages, and a digital volume IC 5 controlling supply of the DC voltages obtained by the regulator 4 to each jack 6. By preparing a plurality of jacks 6 corresponding to respective DC voltages obtained by the transforming means, the plurality of DC voltages can be simultaneously picked up from each jack 6, and the plurality of electronic devices can be simultaneously used by one AC adapter.
