PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driver for performing 3 x N multiplex driving to a display panel wired as comb teeth, and an electro-optical device including the same. SOLUTION: The display driver 200 outputs data signals to data lines wired as comb teeth by multiplexing gradation data fetched by data latches 300. The data latches 300 include a gradation bus 310 supplied with the gradation data for 1st to 3rd color components corresponding to the order of the data line arrangement. A 1st data latch, a 2nd data latch, a 1st shift register, a 2nd shift register, a 1st clock line, and a 2nd clock line are N-multiplexed, respectively. The multiplexer 380 multiplexes N-groups of gradation data, respectively, fetched by the 1st and 2nd data latches.
