PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing drum which ensures the positive extrusion of ink by an internal pressurizing member. SOLUTION: This printing drum 1 is equipped with a perforated region 201 and a non-perforated region 202 provided on the peripheral surface thereof and internally equipped with an inking roller 3 coming into contact with the inner peripheral surface 1a of the drum 1 and the freely rotatable internal pressurizing member 5 which comes into contact with and becomes apart from the internal peripheral surface 1b and the external peripheral surface 5a of the inking roller 3 and is located at a first position where the member 5 comes into contact with the internal peripheral surface 1b and the external peripheral surface 3a of the inking roller 3 when at least the perforated region 201 passes. In addition, a strength reduction part 205 which lowers the peripheral surface strength of the drum 1 is formed near a borderline part 206 between the perforated region 201 and the non-perforated region 202.
