PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing and packaging an optical film is provided to carry out successive processes of testing the optical film having a fine pattern and attaching a protecting film for protecting the fine pattern to both surfaces of a good optical film. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing and packaging an optical film includes a main body, an optical film supply reel(20) on which an optical film(1) having a fine pattern is rolled, an illuminating member(40) for illuminating light on the optical film, and upper and lower protection film supply reels(50,60) on which protection films(2) are rolled. The apparatus further includes a press roll(70) for attaching the protection films onto the top and bottom faces of the optical film, and a collecting roll(100) for collecting the optical film onto which the protection films have been attached.
