The shell has static and dynamic branches (10, 12) defining annular lips for static and dynamic sealing, respectively. The branches are connected by a core (14) that defines an annular heel (15). A connection surface between the static branch and the core provides a concave shape related to local thickness of the static branch and core at a level of a connection region between the lip and core to define a rotating zone.
