<p>The present invention concerns doublke sided colagen membranes, one of which is porous, suitable for the adhesion and/or growth of cells, and a smooth one characterized in that the collagen fibres are arranged at macromolecular level. Moreover, the process for the preparation of such membranes is described and their use as supports for the adhesion and/or growth of mammalian cells in vitro and as matrices for tissue reconstruction.</p> |
