PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect the forward end part of a high frequency coil having a wire material wound between a small diameter section and a large diameter section directly with wiring on a substrate with sufficient strength while inclining the coil at a specified angle against the substrate. SOLUTION: The high frequency coil 1 is substantially conical and the wire material 2 is wound from one end part S of small diameter to the other end part L of large diameter. The wire material 2 is a coated copper wire which is wound tightly and hardened with adhesive. Internal space of the wire material 2 wound conically and tightly is filled with a radio wave absorber. Connecting part 3 at the forward end part S has a small conical shape and has a central axis intersecting the body side at a specified angle. Surface of the connecting part 3 is coated with a conductive material 4 and connected with the end part of the wire material 2. At the connecting position of wiring 7 on the surface of the substrate 5, the high frequency coil 1 is stood while directing the connecting part 3 downward and secured in place by means of solder, or the like. A specified inclination angleθis set between the substrate 5 and the high frequency coil 1. The high frequency coil 1 is secured surely to the wiring 7 on the substrate 5 through the connecting part 3 integral with the coil body side and connected electrically therewith.
