PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile toilet apparatus and a method for forming a row of disposal packages heat-sealing a foil after using the toilet apparatus. SOLUTION: This moving toilet apparatus includes a toilet part, a collection box, a foil feed means, a heat seal means and a base. The toilet tank is formed of a foil formed by assembling an upper ring with a lower ring. The foil is fed by the feed means from a foil cassette.
