PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image fixing device that can reduce the cost and improve the efficiency while effectively suppressing the uneven temperature. SOLUTION: This image fixing device has a heater lamp 371 inside a rotating heater roller 37A and a plurality of reflectors 372, 373 between the heater lamp and the heater roller 37A.
