PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make assembling operation very easy, to make a front frame or rear frame relatively thin along an optical axis, to smoothly rotate the front frame about the rear frame, and to prevent the front frame from carelessly falling. SOLUTION: When a filter for a camera is assembled, the front frame 1 and rear frame 2 are put closer to each other and a permanent magnet 5 of the front frame 1 is attracted by a permanent magnet 6 of the rear frame 2. At this time, a projection part 8 of the front frame 1 is guided to an annular recessed groove 7 of the rear frame 2 through a cut part 9 of the rear frame 2. In this state, the front frame 1 is fitted to the rear frame 2 only with magnetic attracting forces. Then when the front frame 1 is rotated, the front frame 1 has its projection part 8 rotatably engages the annular recessed groove 7 of the rear frame 2.
