PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-rigid connection structure for a foundation of a structure, which positively and reliably transfer shear force applied to a connection portion, from the foundation to a lower bearing portion, even if an uplift occurs due to application of tensile force to the connection portion in case of an earthquake. SOLUTION: In the semi-rigid connection structure for the foundation of the structure, the foundation 2 is borne on a pile head portion 4 via the connection portion 10 having a cross section smaller than the cross section of the pile head portion as viewed in a plan, and the former is separated from the latter. The connection portion 10 has a steel pipe 20 vertically arranged and having an upper portion embedded in the foundation and a lower portion embedded in the pile head portion, a steel pipe infilled concrete portion 21 infilled in the steel pipe, and a steel pipe outside bearing portion 22 formed on the periphery of the steel pipe at a location between the foundation and the pile head portion, and having a smaller shape than that of the pile head portion as viewed in the plan.
