<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article diagnostic system which can realize, at a low cost, the understanding of the actual condition of an article which was purchased and the prevention of failure thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the article diagnostic system wherein a personal computer 1 on the side of a user and a Web server 2 on the side of a manufacturer are connected to each other by the Internet, a homepage for after service of the article is established on the Web server 2 and the user receives after service by accessing the homepage, an automatic diagnostic program of the article is downloaded from a Web page. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
