PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure mobility for an immobilized molecule, to restrain nonspecific adsorption, and to analyze precise interaction kinetics. SOLUTION: This biomolecule interaction measuring method has a process for immobilizing the biomolecule on a solid surface, using a bifunctional hetero group type hydrophilic polymer as a crosslinker, and for measuring an interaction between the immobilized molecule and a biomolecule or a biomolecule aggregate.
