PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper winding device capable of improving operability by simplifying setting of a print medium and capable of preventing damage of a label caused by meandering. SOLUTION: A swing roller 12 is a guide roller positioned just before a winding shaft 11 so as to guide the print medium, which is discharged from a printer, to the winding shaft 11. A pair of guide plates 19 constituted to adjust a space in the longitudinal direction is mounted on the swing roller 12 and the meandering of the print medium is restrained by a pair of the guide plates 19. Both end portions of the swing roller 12 are retained by one end portions of a pair of arms 20 respectively. The other end portions of a pair of the arms 20 are pivoted by a support shaft 22 retained by a pair of bearings 21 stood on a bottom plate 15, and the swing roller 12 can revolve by using the support shaft 22 as an axis.
