MAIN BODY OF SMART CARD CORRESPONDING TO SMALL QUANTITY ORDER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: A main body of a smart card and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce cost by the productivity improvement due to a small process number and a simple work while making/supplying the main body of the smart card at a low price promptly corresponding to a small quantity order. CONSTITUTION: A plastic card substrate(100) equipped with a chip insertion groove(110) is made in a large quantity by using an injection molding method. A transcription paper printing an ordered pattern design(120) is made. As the card substrates are transferred in a row, the pattern design is thermally transcribed to a front and a back surface of the card substrate.
