PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized planner antenna which can be made small while minimizing characteristic deterioration and can attain band widening by improving an axial ratio characteristic in particular. SOLUTION: A radiation conductor 11 is composed of an annular conductor pattern, the one circle of which is about one wavelength, a ground conductor 13 is formed on the front surface of a wiring board 12, and a 90°hybrid 14 is formed on the rear surface. A conductor 15 connected to two adjacent points among points obtained by equally dividing the entire circle of the 90°hybrid 14 into four parts is capacitatively coupled with the radiation conductor 11, a conductor 16 adjacent to the other two points of the 90°hybrid 14 is capacitatively coupled with the radiation conductor 11, and the conductors are connected to the grounded conductor pattern.
