PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide mechanism of a load receiving platform elevating/lowering device capable of smoothly moving a slider with respect to a stay in any circumstance. SOLUTION: In a load receiving platform elevating/lowering device 2 in which a slider 42 is provided in a vertically movable manner along a stay 41, a load receiving platform 3 is connected to the slider 42, and the load receiving platform 3 is elevated/lowered between a loading platform 1 and the ground, front and rear guide rollers 51a, 51b and 52 which support the slider 42 in the longitudinal direction to guide the slider 42 along the stay 41 are provided between the stay 41 and the slider 42, and right and left guide rollers 53a, 53b and 54 which support the slider 42 in the right-to-left direction to guide the slider 42 along the stay 41 are provided.
