<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a resin sheet that has excellent heat resistance and a strength, high light transmittance, and restricted dimensional change. <P>SOLUTION: This is a particle-dispersing resin sheet that comprises an epoxy resin having a dicyclopentadiene structure and an inorganic oxide having an average particle size of 1 nm-100 mm dispersed therein. A resin represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>are mutually same or different, and are each hydrogen or a straight or branched chain alkyl group; and (n) is a degree of polymerization) is an example of the dicyclopentadiene-type epoxy resin. This resin sheet can be used, for example, for substrates of image display devices such as liquid crystal cell substrates, and for substrates of solar cells.
