<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can realize a charge share with a simple circuit which does not depend on temperature, process dispersion, and power source voltage, without requiring a signal such as an equalize-signal CEQ taking a serious view of timing, in the semiconductor device having a step-up circuit using a charge pump mutually driven by timing signal of reverse phase . <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a diode 10 and a switching means 9 forming a first current path from one side of wiring 1 to the other side of wiring 2, and a diode 8 and a switching means 7 forming a second current path from the other of wiring 2 to the one side of wiring 1, between wiring 1 and 2 for timing signalsΦ0,Φ0B being reverse phase each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
