PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and a display device as well as an electronic equipment wherein light emitting efficiency and a transmission rate are superior, wherein wiring is flexible, and wherein a large-scale display device can be formed. SOLUTION: This is a display 1 which is provided with a lower part electrode 5 to become an anode which is pattern-formed on every picture element, a light emitting layer 9 formed on the lower part electrode 5, and an upper part common electrode 11 to become a cathode formed on the light emitting layer 9 of all pixels on the substrate 2, and the upper common electrode 11 is constituted of a transparent and low-resistant conductive film and a conductive film of a three-layered structure in which silver or silver alloy is installed between a first and a second indium cerium oxides, and in which the conductive film side is made the display face, and the display device is provided with this display body 1, and the electronic equipment is mounted with this display device.
