PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a camera with a gloved hand irrelevantly to whether the camera is for business or general use, to simplify the structure only by mounting a simple accessory on an existent camera without making respective operation components large-sized nor greatly changing shapes and arrangement, and to make the camera low-cost and multifunctional. SOLUTION: An operation cap 2 is mounted in a freely detachable state on an outer surface of a mode dial 1a supported rotatably on the body of the camera and united in the rotating direction of the mode dial, and the torque of rotation when the operation cap mounted on the mode dial is rotated is smaller than the torque of rotation when the mode dial is directly rotated.
