PURPOSE: A digital camera module, and an apparatus and a method for assembling the same are provided to remove an assemblage error by assembling a lens in an accurate position. CONSTITUTION: One or more lenses are assembled in a cylindrical lens barrel(10). A assemblage plate(11) is attached in an upper surface of the cylindrical lens barrel, and a male screw(10a) is formed outside the cylindrical lens barrel. A female screw hole(2a) is formed in a housing(2) to be coupled to the cylindrical lens barrel. An image sensor recognizes an image of an object, and converts the recognized image into an electric image signal. The image sensor is mounted in a substrate(3), and an electric circuit is formed in the substrate.
