PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute communication with an external device such as a headset in a communication mode which is suitable for its purpose of use. SOLUTION: A computer 10 is provided with an audio mode and a conversation mode as communication modes for communication with the headset 20. One of the communication modes is selected according to the operation of an input device. In the audio mode, one-way communication for transmitting content data from the computer 10 to the headset 20 with a first quality is executed. In the conversation mode, two-way communication for transmitting and receiving content data between the computer 10 and the headset 20 with a second quality lower than the first quality is executed. In this way, the content data can be transmitted with a high quality in the audio mode. In the conversation mode, since the transmission quality of the content data is lower than that in the audio mode, two-way communication can be executed with a high throughput.
