PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely select an installation system by carrying in and out an object at the base end and top end of a vertical stroke without a structural problem even in the case of a large vertical stroke. SOLUTION: Two or more tables 8 elevated at the upper end part and/lower end part of a vertical support 7 are moved to an object carry-in and carry-out floor, and an annular rail extended ring-like is used as a horizontal rail 3. The annular rail is disposed along the horizontal plane, and an outer frame-like part forming an internal space is used as a carriage 2. In two or more places of the carriage 2, the carriage 2 is supported on the annular rail, and the respective carriage 2 and tables 8 are driven to revolve along the annular rail by a traveling driving mechanism engaged on the annular rail and incorporated in each carriage 2.
