PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peach skin-like decorative sheet having the smooth and warm feel similar to that of virgin wood by eliminating the cold touch (plastic feeling) common to a conventional decorative sheet made of a plastic. SOLUTION: A first surface protective layer 2 with a mean film thickness of 3-10μm, which is formed from a resin composition such as a two-pack type curable acrylic urethane resin or the like containing a gloss adjusting matting agent with a mean particle size of 0.1-3μm and a second surface protective layer 3, which is formed from a resin composition such as two-pack type curable silicone-modified acrylic urethane resin or the like containing synthetic resin beads 4 such as arylic resin beads with a mean particle size of 10-30μm or the like, are formed on the surface of a decorative sheet main body 1 in this order. The average film thickness of the part excepting the synthetic resin beads 4 protruded from the surface of the second surface protective layer 3 is set to 3-6μm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
