POLYESTER RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester resin composition excellent in impact resistance, heat resistance and fluidity without lowering other physical properties.

SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition consists of (A) 50-84 wt.% polyester resin, (B) 2-40 wt.% ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and/or ethylene-α-olefin-polyene compound copolymer rubber having≤10 J/g crystalline melting calorie in the case measured in accordance with JIS-K-7122 by using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), (C) 1-15 wt.% epoxy group-containing ethylene copolymer and (D) 5-40 wt.% polycarbonate resin.
