PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which has a large hysteresis loss, an excellent quakeproofing functionality owing to the low elasticity and a good creep characteristics, and to provide a rubber laminated body and a method for manufacturing thereof. SOLUTION: The rubber composition has a flat-shaped, organic modified filler dispersed in the rubber component and oriented to a prescribed direction. The rubber laminated body comprises a plurality of sheets of laminates of the sheet-formed rubber composition, with the flat surfaces of the organic modified filler being arranged approximately parallel to the surfaces of the sheet-formed rubber composition. The method for manufacturing the rubber composition comprises dispersing a flat-shaped organic modified filler into a rubber component and orientating the flat surfaces of the organic modified filler so as to turn to the approximately horizontal direction.
