PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a herbicidal spectrum of a 3-phenoxy-4-pyridazinol derivative, and to provide a means capable of preventing and eliminating principal weeds in a smaller amount than ever. SOLUTION: A herbicidal composition contains a compound expressed by general formula (I) [for example, 6-chloro-3-(2-cyclopropyl-6-methylphenoxy)-4-pyridazinol], its salt, its esterified derivative, and butyl (R)-2-[4-(4-cyano-2-fluorophenoxy)phenoxy]propionate as active ingredients. The herbicidal composition may further contain 4-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-1,3-dimethyl-5-pyrazolyl-p-toluenesulfonate, 2-[4-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-1,3-dimethylpyrazol-5-yloxy]acetophenone, and 2-[4-(2,4-dichloro-m-toluoyl)-1,3-dimethylpyrazol-5-yloxy]-4'-methylacetophenone as other active ingredients.
