The screw has a shaft (1) and a head part (2) equipped with respective threading to cooperate with a tapping of a cover nut (3). The threading of the head part cooperates with the tapping of the nut to present a conformation interpenetrating a conformation of the tapping of the nut. The conformation interpenetrates to produce a mechanical wedging of the head part and the cover nut by elastoplastic deformation.
