PURPOSE: A water type cooling device for an injection mold is provided to improve cooling efficiency by using cooling water and actuating fluid. CONSTITUTION: A water type cooling device for an injection mold is composed of a housing(30), a hollow heat pipe(32) formed at the center of the housing, and a cooling water holding unit(34). The cooling water holding unit is formed at one end of the heat pipe, and includes an inlet(36) and an outlet(38). The hollow heat pipe includes a nozzle(40), and an actuating fluid unit(42) formed at the outside of the nozzle and filled with actuating fluid.
