PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an elevator operation control device capable of securing the safety of passengers and preventing breakage of a car and a balance weight by safely running an elevator even when sway of a building is detected in the building having a seismically isolated structure. SOLUTION: The elevator operation control device is provided with a seismically isolated structure position storage means 3 beforehand storing a position of a seismically isolated structure part absorbing correlative story displacement generated between a high-rise part and a low-rise part in the building, an earthquake detection means 2 detecting an earthquake, a virtual seismically isolated structure position detection means 5 detecting a virtual seismically isolated structure position of the car when the balance weight is positioned in the seismically isolated structure part, and a car operation control means 6 controlling control operation of the elevator when the earthquake is detected on the basis of the position of the seismically isolated structure part, the virtual seismically isolated structure position and a car position.
