The device has a control unit (4) for controlling a local passage of airflow from a take off state to a rejoin state and back to the take off state. The unit (4) is placed on a lower surface of a wall (2) of a profile. The wall of the profile has a flight edge (3) to generate a take off condition of the air flow closer to a current value. The control unit has two parts in upstream of the edge. An independent claim is also included for an aircraft having two propulsive surfaces.
