METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY PACKING SMALL MEMORY CARD

PURPOSE: A method for automatically packing a small memory card is provided to reduce a processing time by a simple manufacturing process, offer a high reliability while a manufacturing cost is cheap, and offer advantages for large scale manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: A metal substrate(30) is pulled out from a roll(31) and forms a metal shell by punching the metal substrate(200). A PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride) frame is formed by performing injection molding on the metal shell(202). A pattern is printed to the metal shell(204). Materials are inputted/separated from the metal shell by punching the metal shell(206). A card main body is formed by ultrasonic-welding a PVC frame of two metal shells(208).
