FIELD: drilling equipment engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: compaction includes elastic ring of round cross-section mounted with possible interaction to cylindrical surface of pin and placed with radial tension in rolling cutter slit limited in radial direction by two conic surfaces touching along large diameter and forming lines of which are placed symmetrically relatively to cross-section of elastic ring. Slit in rolling cutter is made at angle 60-80 between forming lines of conical surfaces and is provided in radial direction with arc groove 0.57-0.66 elastic ring diameter wide, limited by external cylindrical and two side flat ring-shaped surfaces, and connected by axial channels in one variant to support hollow or in other variant to back surface of rolling cutter. ^ EFFECT: higher durability of compaction and support as a whole under heightened frequencies of chisels rotation under conditions of forming of axial, angular and radial spaces with ball bearings wear. ^ 2 cl, 4 tbl |
