PURPOSE: A vector motor and a method for operating the same are provided to effectively and smoothly rotate a rotor with a stronger force. CONSTITUTION: A vector motor comprises a stator(10); a rotor(1) arranged in the stator, and which has a rotor shaft(2); a plurality of first rotor magnets(6) attached to the outer surface of the rotor shaft; and a plurality of second rotor magnets(6') which are non-radially arranged and attached to the outer surface of the rotor shaft. The first rotor magnets are attached through a support board bent by approximately 90 degrees, and the second rotor magnets are attached through a support board bent by approximately 90 degrees. The vector motor further includes a first stator magnet(11) corresponding to the first rotor magnet, and a second stator magnet(11') corresponding to the second rotor magnet. |
