PURPOSE: A portable multi-functional electronic equipment is provided to easily perform pleasant photographing. CONSTITUTION: An electronic equipment is formed of a main body part(1) and a cover part(2) foldably connected by a connecting part(3). An input key part(4) is installed at one side of a folding inside of the main body part and the cover part. A main display(13) is installed at the other side of the folding inside. A lens part of a first camera is installed at one side of a folding outside of the main body and the cover part. A sub-display part(17) acting as a finder of the first camera is installed at the other side of the folding outside. A shutter button(8) for a camera is installed at a side part of the main body part.
