PURPOSE: A shoe washing device is provided to easily wash shoes by coupling the shoes to a pulsator formed in a household washing machine. CONSTITUTION: A shoe washing device(20) is composed of a coupling member(21) detachably coupled to the center of a pulsator, a plurality of support members(22), on which shoes are placed, extended from the outer circumference of the coupling member upward, bottom binding members(30) coupled to the support member and supporting the bottom of the shoes, and coupling bands. The coupling band is coupled to the bottom binding member, and tightens the top of the shoe.
