PURPOSE: A signal processing circuit and a liquid crystal display using the same are provided to save power without degrading image quality and gray level. CONSTITUTION: A D/A converter(2) converts input digital data into a converted analog voltage and then outputs it. The first switch(4) selects one of a plurality of supplied voltages and then outputs it as a supply analog voltage. The second switch(5) selects the converted analog voltage or the supply analog voltage and then outputs it as an analog voltage. And a detection circuit(1) detects whether the digital data is equal to internal set data, and performs the switching of the first switch to output the supply analog voltage, and also performs the switching of the second switch to output the supply analog voltage.
