PURPOSE: A rubber sleeve is provided to simplify the configuration of the sleeve and allow for ease of assembly of a cable connecting case. CONSTITUTION: A rubber sleeve comprises an insulating reinforcement portion(3) formed of a rubber material and which has a sleeve shape and an inner diameter corresponding to the connecting portion of a cable having different diameter; a high voltage electrode(4) formed at the center of the inner diameter of the insulating reinforcement portion; and a shield electrode(5) formed at both ends of the inner diameter of the insulating reinforcement portion.
