PURPOSE: A magnetic transferring device is provided to apply sufficient pressure to a master and a slave without transforming the master by making a magnet adjacent to a magnetic transfer surface and a rotational center, and to concentrate an apparatus portion on an opposite side of the magnet, thereby increasing a degree of freedom on space design. CONSTITUTION: A slave(4) is closely adhered to a left master(3) by determining a position on the master(3). A right master(5) is closely adhered to the slave(4). A right holder cover(6) covers the master(5), and forms a closed space for maintaining the master(3), the slave(4), and the master(5). Magnets(7) are located on the right only. An axis(8) rotates an entire holder(2) during a recording process by being embedded with an absorptive pipe. O-rings(9) fix the cover(6) and a body of the holder(2).
