PURPOSE: Provided is a rice rolled in dried laver by using mixed cereals and extract of Corbicula Japonica which is delicious and nutritious without using processed food and seasoning. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of (a) preparing a mixed cereals by mixing rice, barley, sorghum, hulled millet, mung beans, red bean and soybean and soaking it in water for about 5 hours; (b) after preparing an extract of corbicula japonica by boiling down corbicula japonica, anchovy, kelp and ginseng at the temperature of 80 to 90 deg.C for about 3 hours, cooking the mixed cereals by using the prepared extract of corbicula japonica; (c) preparing inner materials of the rice rolled in dried laver from balloon flowers, codonopsis lanceolata, radish, sesame leaves, slightly boiled Saussurea, crown daisy and mushroom; (d) after preparing a sauce for the rice rolled in dried laver by mixing soybean paste, thick soypaste mixed with red pepper, anchovy powder and pressed garlic, seasoning the rice cooked with the extract with salt and sesame oil; (e) after putting the cooked rice and proper amount of the inner materials on the laver, spreading the sauce for the rice roller in dried laver thereon and rolling the laver. |
